Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing info@nazlisadeghi.com. If approved, a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy
You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@nazlisadeghi.com to initiate the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Buyer bears return shipping costs unless item is defective

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
